A strong volunteer force is the backbone of any nonprofit. This class will dive into the motivational forces of a volunteer and how you can use that to keep them coming back. Volunteer engagement is much more than just posting on VolunteerME/Galaxy Digital, it’s also about establishing a connection to the organization and cause.

07/07 DISASTER PLANNING - PLANNING TO RECOVER

This high-level overview will cover the basics of continuity planning, where to find resources, and how to tackle any task without an entire dedicated staff. The class will also cover how nonprofits and community organizations have a role to fill during a disaster.
