Emerging Leaders Society

After nearly a decade of impact, the Emerging Leaders Society (ELS) at United Way of Kennebec Valley is being sunset as a formal program. We are deeply grateful to the many members whose leadership, service, and generosity helped connect emerging professionals to meaningful community impact.

This decision reflects the evolving ways people want to engage—seeking flexible, purpose-driven opportunities that fit their interests, schedules, and goals. While ELS as a standalone group is coming to a close, opportunities to stay involved with United Way are expanding.
