Courtney Yeager

President & CEO

Courtney is the first female to hold the position of president and CEO at UWKV and brings an extensive background in communications, fundraising, marketing and community involvement to her role. Prior to starting her career at United Way in 2016, Courtney was the public relations and fundraising manager at Crisis & Counseling Centers, a UWKV-funded partner program that treats mental health and substance use disorders. She also worked in communications at the Maine Department of Education, regularly meeting with educators and students statewide to report on cradle-to-career education strategies.

Courtney graduated from Colby College with a bachelor’s degree in English and obtained her master’s degree in policy, planning and nonprofit management at the University of Southern Maine’s Muskie School.

Beyond her work life, Courtney remains heavily involved in the community and serves on several nonprofit boards. She enjoys spending free time with her husband, son and friends, traveling the world, reading a good book, or tasting new cuisine.

Katelyn Pushard

Director of Community Impact

Katelyn has over 12 years’ experience working in the social service, nonprofit sector. As part of her role, she leads a 10-year, community-wide, goal-setting process for Kennebec County known as Impact2032, helps facilitate the Community Investment Process, which grants funds to almost 60 different programs across the county, and manages internal volunteer efforts, including Day of Caring events at over 20 schools across central Maine.

She continues to remain heavily involved in the community, participating in Waterville Rotary Club and Kennebec Valley Community College’s Business Advisory Board.

Katelyn enjoys spending time with her three children, husband, family, and friends as well as volunteering as a basketball and field hockey coach for the Augusta Recreation Department and member of the Parent Teacher Committee at Lincoln Elementary School.

Michaela Dube

Finance & Operations Manager

Michaela grew up in Aroostook County and joined the UWKV team in 2022 after moving back to her home state. She has previously served on the board of directors for Aroostook Aspirations Initiative, completed a service term with AmeriCorps Colorado Reading Corps program, and done various volunteering at art-based nonprofit organizations.

Michaela enjoys hiking, camping, and gardening in the warmer months, and staying inside with a good book and her cats during the cold season.

Isabelle Cheung

Marketing & Events Coordinator

Isabelle Cheung, or Izzy, grew up in Rochester, NY. She joined United Way of Kennebec Valley in 2025 and brings with her a passion for the nonprofit sector. Izzy holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to United Way, Izzy worked as a Marketing and Events Coordinator Assistant at the Connecticut Education Network (CEN). In that role, she helped with the logistics and coordination of the annual member conference, which had nearly 900 attendees. Her experience also includes helping to coordinate a trade show with over 3,000 attendees in New York City.

Beyond her work, she enjoys exploring Maine, reading philosophy and fantasy books, painting, and learning to bake.

Cormac Manning

Community Impact & Operations Assistant

Cormac joined the team in 2025, bringing several years of international experience in nonprofit strategy and operations back to the United States. In his role as Community Impact & Operations Assistant, he provides essential support for the Impact2032 initiative. He works to streamline day-to-day operations and organizational processes, directly helping UWKV maximize its collective impact throughout Kennebec County.

Prior to joining UWKV, Cormac spent five years in the United Kingdom leading successful fundraising initiatives for a democracy-focused nonprofit. He holds a strong educational background, having studied law at Queen’s University Belfast and University College Cork, Ireland.

Outside of work, Cormac likes nature, travel, board games, and learning new things about the world.

Natalie Labbe

Development Manager

Natalie Labbe is deeply rooted in the Kennebec Valley community, having grown up in Sidney, attending Thomas College, and now residing in her hometown. She has dedicated her entire career to strengthening the region’s nonprofit sector, previously serving with the Kennebec Valley YMCA and most recently with MaineGeneral Health.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas College. She is active in local leadership and engagement initiatives, including KV Connect, and is a member of Leadership Maine’s Gulf of Maine class.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband,
daughter, and their two golden retrievers, mainly outdoors: hiking, e-biking, skiing at Sugarloaf, and boating on Messalonksee Lake.

Tyler LeClair

Director of Development

Tyler grew up in Litchfield and attended Thomas College, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and forensic psychology. Prior to United Way, Tyler was a corrections officer, crisis worker, and assistant store manager at Hannaford. In all these roles, Tyler consistently strives to serve the community that he has called home his whole life.

In addition to his time at UWKV, Tyler is a member of Waterville Rotary, KVConnect, and Elm City BNI. He enjoys spending time in his workshop, fishing, hiking, and riding his motorcycle.
