AUGUSTA - United Way of Kennebec Valley will host its annual Campaign Wrap-Up event on Thursday, Jan. 12 at Governor Hill Mansion in Augusta from 5-7 p.m. Local businesses, nonprofit agencies, board members and other community partners are invited to celebrate UWKV’s success in raising funds to support United Way’s partner programs throughout 2017.

This free celebration will include recognition of businesses and volunteers who have been instrumental to this campaign cycle, with Campaign Co-Chairs Scott and Laura Fossett presenting select businesses with the Community Partner Award. A variety of local restaurants will donate food for this event, and Bill Tozier will perform live music.

Attendees are encouraged to bring non-perishable foods and personal care items, which will be donated to local food banks for people in need.
