State Employee Campaign
Giving to United Way of Kennebec Valley through MSECCA
MAINE STATE EMPLOYEES CAMPAIGN
The Maine State Employees Combined Charitable Appeal (MSECCA) was established to create a single, coordinated campaign to encourage financial support for various charitable agencies from current and retired State employees. All donations through the MSECCA campaign are voluntary.
The Governor annually designates a Campaign Chairperson. Volunteers from each agency assist by answering questions from co-workers and encouraging participation in the campaign.
All MSECCA contributions and payroll deduction pledges are distributed by the campaign administrator quarterly to MSECCA charities in accordance with employee designations.
The 2021 Maine State Employees Combined Charitable Appeal is being administered by the United Way of Kennebec Valley. Please direct all questions to Irene Favreau in our office at 207-626-3400.
For more information about MSECCA and how to donate, visit maine.gov/msecca.
